Stacey Arthur, Team Leader in the Atlanta area and Georgia State Broker (pending company licensure) with RealEstateAuctions.com

RealEstateAuctions.com (REA) announces the addition of Atlanta-based real estate professional Stacey Arthur to the company in two important roles.

“Stacey will serve not only as Team Leader in her area, but also as State Broker once our licensing is finalized,” said Brian Kuzdas, owner and founder of RealEstateAuctions.com. “As State Broker and Team Leader, Stacey is working directly with our Regional Director Laura Mancinelli. We’re now officially open, or have licensure in process, in six states.”

Stacey steps into her new role with many years of real estate experience and a clear vision of how auctions are going to be beneficial to consumers, fellow Realtors® and the economy in general.

“I definitely believe that auctions are the way to go in terms of moving inventory in our current market,” she says. “There are constant bidding wars occurring right now with HUD, Fannie Mae and short sale properties, with ‘highest and best calls’. Real estate auctions are the best way to get the highest possible price in the shortest time.’

“We have a long list of buyers, but it’s a matter of getting the properties on the market,” Stacey explains. “Banks are holding onto the properties so as not to flood the market. RealEstateAuctions.com has a template that can help move properties more efficiently and effectively while increasing their value.”

Stacey views auctions as a sort of “filtration system,” bringing serious buyers to the top. Auctions typically attract highly qualified buyers who have either cash to close the deals or pre-approval from lenders. There are rarely any financing contingencies in real estate auctions.

Stacey Arthur was a computer programmer before she began her career in real estate, and it was a Realtor® who planted the seed in her mind.

“I had my first child and I did not want to put him in child care,” says Stacey. “I thought ‘what career could I pursue to raise my child and provide for my family’?”

The real estate broker who sold Stacey her first home suggested she get involved in real estate. “During my first real estate class, I knew it was for me,” Stacey recalls. “I’m definitely a people person, I’m passionate about my commitments and I welcome the challenges and constant changes that the real estate arena presents.” Stacey has now been a licensed real estate professional for eight years.

As Team Leader, Stacey’s territory covers the northeast areas of Atlanta. She’s currently recruiting auction-focused Realtors® for her team, who will prospect, list and market all types of properties for auction. Prior to joining their new firm, Stacey and her husband, John, operated ArthurVision Realty Group in Atlanta.

Stacey and John have five children. Stacey enjoys her family as well as writing, painting and playing tennis. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems Management from the City University of New York-Queens College.
