Linda’s territory covers much of Chicagoland. In her new role, she is responsible for handling virtually every aspect of bringing a property to auction. These responsibilites include prospecting, preparing CMAs (Comparative Market Analysis), preparing bidder information packages, conducting open houses and servicing inquiries about specific properties from potential bidders, including questions such as how to buy at auction.
Linda begn her career in the real estate industry more than 20 years ago and has a long and accomplished record of achievement in helping people buy and sell real estate, as well as leading and growing teams of fellow real estate professionals.
Prior to joining RealEstateAuctions.com, Linda Luna oversaw approximatley 100 licensed agents at a district level for ZipRealty, Inc. Before that, she was broker/manager for Classic Realty in Chicago, an office she opened and grew to more than a dozen agents in her first year. Her previous career stop was with RE/MAX, where she acquired an existing office, doubled the sales staff to more than 30 agents and eventually opened a second location.
