Laura Mancinelli, Team Leader for RealEstateAuctions.com in the FL counties of Sarasota, Manatee and Charlotte

Yet another Florida market opens for RealEstateAuctions.com with the addition of licensed auctioneer and Realtor® Laura Mancinelli to the team.

“Laura joins us to lead the key counties of Sarasota, Manatee and Charlotte,” explained Brian Kuzdas, founder and owner of RealEstateAuctions.com. “She’s got great passion for auctions, she earned recognition in the industry for her bid-calling skills and she’s opening our sixth market in Florida as of this writing.”

Laura will serve as Team Leader in the aforementioned counties, covering the major cities such of Bradenton, Sarasota and Venice. She currently is recruiting a team of auction-specialist Realtors® who will work as project managers, bringing a variety of local real estate to auction.

“The real estate market is picking up here and inventory is declining,” says Laura, “and auctions are helping. People I talk to see this, and want to do auctions, but there are a lot of one-offs and two-offs without a region-wide, state-wide and national structure, which is what interested me in RealEstateAuctions.com.”

Born and raised in New Jersey, Laura worked for more than 20 years in human resources. As an HR manager, one of her jobs was with an auto auction company and that’s where she became hooked on auctions.

“We were auctioning 1,500 to 1,800 cars every Tuesday,” she explains. “I asked the auctioneers ‘How do you do this? I want to do what you do!’ and I told my husband that when we moved to Florida, I wanted to go to auction school.”

Laura Mancinelli graduated from the Florida Auctioneer Academy in Orlando and obtained her real estate license just a couple months later. In 2010, she was named the Florida Rookie Bid Calling Champion.

“If I’m not conducting an auction, I’m attending an auction,” Laura says with a laugh. “I’m an auction addict and I absolutely love auctions.”
