Licensed auctioneer and real estate sales professional Laura Mancinelli is the first Regional Director for RealEstateAuctions.com, covering the entire State of Florida.
“Laura joined our firm as a local Team Leader but we recognized almost immediately her potential for leading an entire region of the U.S.,” said Brian Kuzdas, founder and owner of RealEstateAuctions.com. “She very quickly demonstrated leadership capabilities and the drive, energy and personality needed to attract other auctioneers and real estate pros to the company.”
Laura is now responsible for recruiting, training and maintaining a total of 23 teams throughout Florida.
“I quickly realized that the excitement and vision for the industry which I experienced joining RealEstateAuctions.com would be equally compelling for others,” she says. “I’m looking for ‘rainmakers’, people who are going to bring individual listings and bulk listings for auction. I’m eager to talk with real estate auctioneers and Realtors® who are auction-friendly, open to learning about and intensely training in the auction method of marketing.”
Laura’s 23 Team Leaders will each manage a market of about one million people in population. The Team Leaders will each have three Project Managers on their respective teams. Each team is expected to produce approximately $20 million in gross auction sales volume.
