In order to bid at our auctions, please observe the following requirements:
In-Person Participants
- Pre-register online or register in person at the event before the start of activities (please arrive at least 30 minutes in advance in order to register at the event)
- Be at least 21 years of age
- Have a government-issued form of identification, such as driver’s license, non-driver’s state ID, passport, etc.
- Cashier’s check in an amount specified for each property you intend to bid on (the monetary amount varies per property.
- Personal check(s) to supplement the cashier’s check(s) in order to bring the total earnest money deposit to the required amount (typically five percent of total purchase price, including Buyer’s Premium).
- A pre-approval letter no more than 30 days old from a mortgage broker or lending institution, if you intend to finance your purchase (vs. a cash transaction). RealEstateAuctions.com has preferred lending partners available, if desired.
- Current bank statements with appropriate balances if you will be purchasing with cash.

Online Participants

- Follow all online prompts to produce the following, as described above:
- ID
- Certified funds (cashier’s check or credit card authorization)
- Lender’s pre-approval letter
- Bank statements
