We're hiring Business Development Executives (Team Leaders) in all Fifty States!
Each Team Leader will represent a territory of about five hundred thousand to one million people divided up by counties in a particular state.
The Team Leader roles and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Manage Three Project Managers
- List Bulk Properties for Auction
- List Individual Properties for Auction
- Attend State Auctions held Quarterly
- Fill out Weekly Production Reports
- Attend Corporate Meetings Weekly
- Conduct Team Meetings
All auction property leads that are generated from RealEstateAuctions.com, or referred from other teams across the U.S. on properties to auction in your territory/county, would be expected to be serviced by your team.
With corporate lead generation capabilities from a top-down approach, coupled with the expectations of lead generation from each of the teams from a ground-up approach, we anticipate an annual closing auction volume range in excess of $20 million. The Business Development Executive is expected to earn $320,000 to $800,000+.
Qualifications to be a Business Development Executive include but are not limited to the following:
- Must have an active real estate license in the state that you will be servicing and transfer it under RealEstateAuctions.com
- Must have experience in auctions and/or agree to go through extensive auction training
- Must have experience in managing people
- Must be committed full-time to the position
In order to run one of our territories around the country, we ask that you place your real estate license under our licensing structure (RealEstateAuctions.com). We would not allow you to have your license with another brokerage while conducting auction activities with us. Secondly, this is not a W2 position. All our auction agents are 1099 Independent Contractors. This is a 100% commission position. You are given a territory of five-hundred thousand to one-million people to servce. Anything auctioned in that territory would be yours to handle. Expected closing volume is $5M-$10M per quarter. In addition to this volume, our auction agents also sell real estate outside of auctions, increasing this volume.
