Broker Compensation

We believe in partnering with professionals throughout the real estate industry in the very best way to buy and sell real estate—a real estate auction.
We place no excessive restrictions, no impossible-to-follow road maps in order to help your client land a great property at auction. Instead, we have just a few fair and reasonable steps to help you earn a commission at our auction events. All you have to do is:
-
Be a licensed real estate agent or broker in the state in which the property is for sale.
-
Abide by the Code of Ethics of the National Association of Realtors®.

-
Submit our Cooperating Broker Registration Form at least 72 hours in advance of the auction date.
-
Bring a copy of the above Cooperating Broker Registration Form to the auction event, and check yourself and client in with our staff
-
Attend the auction with your client, help him or her bid and assist with the contract if he or she is the winning bidder.
Referral fees will be paid upon closing by Sellers and receipt of all commissions by Auctioneer. Referral fees are based on the high bid amount. No sub-agency shall be offered to any broker by Auctioneer. There can be NO EXCEPTIONS to this procedure and no oral Registrations will be accepted. If a referring broker has not met all of these requirements, no referral fee will be paid to the referring broker, even if the referring broker's Client purchases a property.
Thank you for participating in our auction with these simple rules. We look forward to doing business with you!
REMEMBER TO SUBMIT THIS FORM AT LEAST 72 HOURS BEFORE DATE OF AUCTION
