In order to participate as a bidder, on-site or online at any RealEstateAuctions.com event, please be prepared with the following requirements:
- Pre-register online or early in-person on the day of the event
- Be at least 21 years of age
- Have lender pre-approval within the last 30 days, if purchasing with financing. RealEstateAuctions.com typically has one or more preferred lending partners available in advance or on-site the day of the event.
- Have current bank statements if purchasing with cash
- Produce government-issued identification, such as driver’s license, non-driver's state ID, passport, etc.
- Have cashier’s check in the designated amount for each property on which you intend to bid
- Have personal check for each property on which you intend to bid to bring earnest money deposit up to the required amount when combined with your cashier's check
- Agree to all Terms and Conditions
